Rating: 7 out of 10
Summary: Near the little town of Fairfold, in the darkest part of the forest, lies a glass casket. Inside the casket lies a sleeping faerie prince that none can rouse. He's the most fascinating thing Hazel and her brother Ben have ever seen.
Review: The book had an interesting storyline blended well with different and intriguing characters. Each character is unique, you don't see the same quality repeated, except bravery and stubbornness. Plus, one of the main characters is gay. No homophobes please.
Note: We are reading Of Mice and Men in class (the language is hard to read but it is really short, so that is good) and I picked up a book called The Jewel.
